Peer Title, Inc. is an independent title agency that is locally owned and managed by two Tampa natives with many years of real estate experience. The owners, both real estate attorneys, have maintained their current location in Tampa since 1986. Their building has undergone remodeling to provide efficient and state-of-the-art closing and title services for clients.

Wiring Instructions / Escrow Deposit
ACH transfers are Not accepted and will be rejected. Please reference the buyer's name and property address on all wires. We accept the following forms of payment for Escrow Deposit:
- Money Order
- Cashier's Check (Must be drawn on a US Bank. Any amounts over $50,000 must be wired)
- Wire Transfer
- Cash
- Personal Check (Closing must be at least 2 weeks away)
